Running several newsletters

Each newsletter is its own publication, with its own voice and channels.

Can I run more than one newsletter in Karrow?

Yes: every newsletter you connect becomes its own publication in the same workspace. Each one keeps its own voice, its own channels, and its own issues, so posts for one newsletter never sound like another.

You can mix sources too. A workspace can hold beehiiv publications and Ghost sites side by side, and everything below works the same for both.

Each newsletter gets its own page under Publications, with three tabs: Issues for everything imported from it, Voice for its channel rules, and Channels for the accounts it posts to.

Connect another newsletter

  1. 1Open Settings → API keys and click Connect publication.
  2. 2For beehiiv, one key can bring in several publications at once: pick the ones you want. You can also click Add publication on an existing beehiiv key later, without pasting the key again.
  3. 3For Ghost, each site connects with its own key.

A beehiiv publication can only be connected once per workspace. If a second key can see one you already connected, the picker shows it as Already connected and leaves it out.

Do my newsletters share a voice?

No, each newsletter is written in its own voice. When Karrow drafts from an issue, it reads up to five of that publication’s other recent issues, plus the last three posts that went out for it on that channel, and nothing from your other newsletters.

Each publication also has its own Voice tab, with one rule box per channel, for example “no rhetorical questions” on LinkedIn for one newsletter and nothing for another. The learned tone Karrow picks up from the drafts you keep, edit, or discard is stored per publication as well.

So a weekly finance newsletter and a daily sports one can sit in the same workspace without their posts drifting toward each other.

Give each one its channels

In Settings → Channels, accounts are grouped by publication. Click Connect beside the publication that should post, so each newsletter posts to the right accounts.

Each card on the Publications page shows the channels that publication posts to, or “No channels connected yet”, so you can spot one that still needs setting up.

Work across them

When you have more than one publication, the Dashboard, Posts, and Analytics pages show a publication filter, so you can look at one newsletter or all of them together.

When you start a new post from an issue, the issue picker has a publication menu at the top. Pick the newsletter first, then search its issues.

New-issue alerts cover every newsletter in the workspace. When any of them publishes, each member who has New-issue alerts on in Settings → Notifications gets an email with the subject “New issue:” followed by the issue title, and a link straight into drafting from it.

Can I remove one newsletter and keep the others?

Yes, if it has its own key: Disconnect in Settings → API keys works per key, so it removes every publication connected with that key. A Ghost site always has its own key, so removing one never affects another.

A beehiiv key often covers several newsletters. To drop one of them, disconnect the key, then click Connect publication and pick only the ones you’re keeping. Their recent issues import again, but their channels need connecting again, because disconnecting removes them too.

Before you disconnect, check the key’s card in Settings → API keys: it lists every publication connected with that key, so you can see exactly which newsletters will be removed along with it.

Is the daily draft limit per newsletter?

No, the daily limit is per workspace, so every newsletter in it draws from the same count. On the free plan that is 20 AI drafts a day; on Karrow Pro it is 200.

Inline AI edits have their own, separate limit: 60 a day free and 600 on Pro, so fixing a sentence never uses up a draft. Both counts reset at midnight UTC.

A request that would go over the limit is turned down whole rather than cut short, and Karrow tells you how many you’ve used. Ask for fewer drafts, or wait for the reset.

How much does Karrow cost for several newsletters?

Karrow Pro is $59 per publication a month, or $590 per publication a year on annual billing, which works out to two months free. Two publications are $118 a month, four are $236 a month or $2,360 a year.

All five channels are included for every publication, and team members don’t add to the bill. Settings → Billing lists the publications you’re billed for.

Billing follows connected publications, not activity. Once you subscribe, a newsletter you keep connected but rarely post for still counts, so disconnect any you’ve stopped using.

Connecting or disconnecting a publication updates your bill automatically, and the change is prorated on your next invoice. On the free plan nothing is billed: you can connect every newsletter and draft from them, and you only pay when you want to schedule or publish.
