My numbers look wrong or are missing
Refresh timing, platform limits, and what “Syncing” means.
A brand-new post
Numbers arrive a little while after a post goes live. Until then you’ll see “Metrics are syncing” on the post, or a Syncing badge on the channel.
Not real-time
Karrow refreshes numbers once a day, and again when you open Analytics if they’re more than 12 hours old. The page shows when it last updated. Posts keep updating for about 45 days after they go out; after that their numbers stay as they are.
Platform limits
Reddit doesn’t share analytics with apps like Karrow, so Reddit posts have no numbers.
LinkedIn doesn’t report saves or clicks, and for personal profiles it only covers posts published through Karrow.
Check your filters
If a channel or post is missing, check the publication, channel, and period filters at the top of Analytics. “No channels match this scope” means the filters exclude everything; click Clear filters.
