Reading your analytics
What each number means, where it comes from, and when it updates.
Find your numbers
Open Analytics from the sidebar. Filter by publication and channel, and choose a period of 7, 30, or 90 days. The default is 30.
What you’ll see
Channels: followers, posts, impressions, engagement rate, and clicks for each account, with arrows showing the change over the period.
Channel mix: how your posts, impressions, or followers split across platforms.
Top performers: your best posts, channels, or publications.
Engagement rate over time, once you have at least two posts.
Top posts: click one to see its full stats.
One post’s stats
Click a post to open its drawer: impressions, engagement rate, likes, comments, shares, saves, and clicks, plus when they were last updated.
Which platforms report what
X, Facebook, and Threads report full stats. LinkedIn doesn’t report saves or clicks, and for personal profiles it only covers posts published through Karrow. Reddit doesn’t offer analytics to apps like Karrow, so Reddit posts have no numbers.
When numbers update
Numbers refresh when you open the page and once a day in the background, so they aren’t real-time. The page shows how long ago it updated. A brand-new post can take a little while before its first numbers arrive.
