Where do I find my API key?

In beehiiv, go to Settings → Workspace → API and create a key. In Ghost, go to Settings → Integrations → Add custom integration and copy its Admin API key. Paste it into Karrow when you connect your publication; Karrow only reads your published issues and never changes anything in your newsletter. Manage your keys later in Settings → API keys.

Which social channels can I publish to?

X, LinkedIn, Threads, Facebook, and Reddit. Every channel is included in the price of a publication, however many you connect.

How do I connect a social account?

Accepted Answer

Open Settings → Channels and choose the platform. You sign in on that platform’s own page and authorize Karrow to post for you; Karrow never sees your social password. Each publication keeps its own set of channels.

What counts as a “publication”?

One connected newsletter: your beehiiv or Ghost account. Every channel you attach to it is included in the price. Running four newsletters is four publications.

Will the posts sound like AI?

Voice is trained on your own newsletter archive, not a swipe file of other people’s posts, so drafts read like you wrote them. Nothing publishes automatically. You review and approve every post in a real editor first.

Where does my voice come from?

Only from your own publication’s archive. Karrow reads your past issues to learn how you write. It never borrows voice from other people’s posts, and each of your publications keeps a voice of its own.

What are Playbooks?

Playbooks are post formats, such as a hook-and-payoff or a numbered thread, distilled from high-performing public posts. They shape the structure of a draft, never its wording or voice. They show what top accounts do; they are not a promise of reach.

Do I have to use AI?

No. Choose New post → Write a post, pick your channels, and write it yourself in the editor. AI drafting is there when you attach an issue, and you can always edit, rewrite, or discard what it suggests.

Can I write one post for several channels at once?

Yes. In Write a post, select every channel you want. Each channel gets its own draft, shown as tabs above the editor, so you can tailor the wording to each platform. Use Add channel to bring in another one mid-draft, starting from what you have already written.

Can I draft from an older issue?

Yes. When you start a new post, the issue search is already open on the left. Pick any issue from your back catalogue to read it beside the editor and draft from it.

Does Karrow ever post without me?

Never. Nothing publishes until you schedule it or press Post now. Scheduling a post is the approval.

How do I schedule a post?

Open the draft, pick a date and time, and schedule it. You can also drag a draft onto a day in the calendar. Times are shown in your own timezone.

What is the first comment?

An optional reply Karrow posts under your post the moment it goes live. It is a good home for a subscribe link, because many platforms show posts with links in the body to fewer people.

Can I change a post after it is scheduled?

A scheduled post’s text is locked, so what goes out is exactly what you approved. To change it, open the post and choose Cancel scheduled post: it goes back to being a draft you can edit and schedule again. If a post fails to publish, you can edit and reschedule it the same way.

Where can I see how my posts performed?

In Analytics, per channel and per post, for X, LinkedIn, Threads, and Facebook. Numbers refresh when you open the page and daily in the background, so they are not real-time; each one shows when it was last updated. Reddit does not provide post analytics to apps like Karrow.

Can Karrow tell me if I’ve been shadowbanned?

No, and no tool reliably can. Reddit doesn’t announce shadowbans; they come from its own internal spam systems, and it doesn’t share that signal with apps. So instead of promising detection, Karrow works on prevention: it checks each Reddit post against the patterns Reddit most often flags as spam before it goes out.

Why was my Reddit post blocked?

Karrow blocks a Reddit post in two cases: the exact same text is going to two different subreddits within 24 hours, or another post from the same publication is already going to that subreddit within 48 hours. Both are among the clearest spam signals Reddit looks for. Change the text, pick a different subreddit, or move the time and it will go through.

Why am I seeing a warning about my link?

Your post contains a shortened link, like bit.ly or tinyurl. Reddit’s spam filter distrusts shorteners because they hide where a link goes. It’s only a warning and you can still post, but the full, original link is safer.

Do I have to choose a subreddit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A Reddit post can’t be scheduled until you pick the subreddit it’s for, and flair if that community requires it.

How much does Karrow cost?

$59 per connected publication per month, with every channel included and no metering. Paying annually is $590 per publication per year, which is two months free.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Connecting your publication, generating drafts, editing, and reviewing are all free, with no card and no time limit. You pay only when you’re ready to schedule and publish.

I run several newsletters. How does that work?

Pricing is per publication, so it scales linearly: two publications is $118/mo, four is $236/mo. Each keeps its own trained voice and its own channels, side by side in one studio. Built for ghostwriters and boutique social shops.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period; you keep access until then. There’s no lock-in.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If Karrow isn’t right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund, no reasons needed. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. Invite teammates by email from Settings → Members. Everyone in a workspace has the same access: they can connect, draft, edit, schedule, and invite.

Can I manage several clients or brands?

Yes. Connect each newsletter as its own publication; each keeps its own voice and its own channels. If you want billing kept apart, you can also create a separate workspace for a client.

Is my data safe?

Your newsletter content is used only to generate your drafts, never to train a model shared with anyone else. You connect with your own API keys, and you can disconnect any account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I disconnect an account or delete my data?

Disconnect a social account in Settings → Channels, or a newsletter key in Settings → API keys, at any time. To delete a workspace and everything in it, use Settings → General; on a paid plan, cancel in Billing first. Settings → Profile deletes your own account. Or email us and we’ll handle it.
