Inviting your team

Bring teammates into your workspace and manage who has access.

How do I invite someone to my Karrow workspace?

Type their email under Invite by email in Settings → Members and click Invite. They get an email with a link to join.

  1. 1Open Settings → Members, or choose Invite team from your avatar menu.
  2. 2Type their email under Invite by email and click Invite. Karrow confirms with “Invite sent to …”.
  3. 3They get an email from Karrow saying they’re invited to your workspace, with an Accept the invitation button.
  4. 4If they open the link while signed out, the page says “Join” and your workspace name, with a Sign in to accept button. If they’re already signed in with the invited address, it accepts straight away.
  5. 5They sign in or create an account with that same email address, using Google or a magic link, and they’re in. Karrow switches them straight into your workspace.

The invite only works for the email address you sent it to. If they sign in with a different one, the invite won’t accept.

Can I invite someone who already uses Karrow?

Yes, invite the email they already sign in with. When they accept, your workspace joins the list under Workspaces in their avatar menu, next to any they already had, and nothing in their other workspaces changes.

They switch between workspaces from that menu. Each workspace keeps its own publications, channels, members, and billing.

You can also invite people while creating a workspace: New workspace has an Invite teammates (optional) list. Addresses there that aren’t valid emails, or already have a pending invite, are skipped rather than stopping the workspace being created, so check Settings → Members afterwards.

What can teammates do in Karrow?

Teammates can do everything you can. Everyone in a workspace has the same access: they can connect newsletters and channels, draft, edit, schedule, and invite others. There are no separate roles.

That includes the bigger actions: disconnecting a newsletter, removing a member, renaming the workspace, and deleting it. Any member can also subscribe the workspace or open Manage billing in Settings → Billing to change the card or cancel. Only invite people you’d trust with all of that.

Some things stay personal. Learned tone is kept per person, so Karrow learns from each teammate’s own keep, edit, and discard choices, and Reset learned tone in a publication’s Voice tab only clears yours.

Do extra team members cost more?

No, Karrow bills per publication, not per person, so inviting teammates never changes your bill.

Teammates do share the workspace’s daily AI draft limit: 20 drafts a day on the free plan and 200 on Karrow Pro, counted across everyone.

Choose your own emails

Email settings are personal. Each teammate picks theirs in Settings → Notifications, and changing them never affects anyone else in the workspace.

New-issue alerts email you when any newsletter in the workspace publishes. Product emails are occasional tips and reminders. Sign-in and billing emails are always sent, whatever you choose.

On a busy team, it often works to leave New-issue alerts on for whoever drafts the posts and off for everyone else.

Manage invites and members

Pending invites show in Settings → Members, where you can Revoke one that hasn’t been accepted yet. To remove a member, use the trash icon next to their name. Your own row is marked “you”.

Removing someone doesn’t delete anything they made. Their drafts and scheduled posts stay in the workspace, and the channels they connected keep posting.

A workspace must keep at least one member, so when you’re the only one there is nothing to remove.

What happens if I leave a workspace?

You lose access to it until someone invites you again. Use Leave workspace in Settings → General, and Karrow moves you to another workspace you belong to, if you have one.

If you’re the last member, leaving permanently deletes the workspace and all its publications, posts, and connections. Karrow won’t let that happen while the workspace still has an active subscription: cancel it first in Settings → Billing → Manage billing.
